GMC to kickoff pigskin season this Thursday

Georgia Military College's Bulldog football team will open the 2019 season schedule by once again hosting Navarro College from Corsicana Texas in their season kickoff.  Thursday's game is a continuation of the long standing rivalry between the two teams.

The Bulldogs look to avenge last year's 31-29 heartbreaking loss on a Navarro 30 yard last second field goal. GMC comes into this season looking to rebound from last year 5-5 record which was disappointing by Bulldog standards. Three of their losses came by a total deficit of 8 points.

The first official poll doesn't come out until September 3rd but look for one if not both teams to be ranked in the top 20 NJCAA poll.
