Men's and Women's Cross Country All Region Honors Announced

The GCAA Men's and Women's Cross Country All-Region teams were selected from the 2019 Championship race results, while also announcing the Runner of the Year, Coach of the Year for the season.

Runner of the Year: Timothy Feezor (Central Georgia Tech)

Coach of the year: Rob Sherwood (Georgia Military)
