GCAA Women's Basketball Moves To Post Season

The GCAA women's basketball post season starts Tuesday night with two play-in games and the winners advancing to this weekend's tournament at Georgia Highlands in Rome. Seeding was finalized last week for the region tournament. 

Georgia Highlands secured the regular season championship losing just once to defending champion South Georgia Tech in conference play and as a result will host the semis and finals and receive a first round bye. South Georgia Tech will also receive a bye as seventh seed Southern Crescent Tech was not able to field a team this season. The remaining matchups are listed below.
