CUTHBERT, Ga. -- Patra Parris led all scorers with 25 points, and Tynicia McCoy poured in 21, to lead the Lady Fighting Tigers over West Georgia Tech 87-71 in the Jinks Gymnasium on Thursday night. The win evens the Tigers record at 2-2.
Santasia Faust came off the bench to add 14 points and Toddrianna Isler with 10, rounded out the Tigers in double figures. Parris led the Tigers on the boards with 8 rebounds, while Raegine Newkirk pulled down 7, and McCoy added 6. Nylia Perry led the Lady Tigers with 6 assists.
The Tigers travel to Huntsville, Ala. to take on the Lady Ambassadors of Oakwood University at 7:00 pm on Saturday.
