Dougherty named national athlete of the week

Its been a really good week for Adam Dougherty. The Georgia Military sophomore led his Bulldog cross country team to their first ever GCAA championship last week and has been named the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association national athlete of the week for two year colleges.

Dougherty and the rest of the bulldog squad now prepare for the NJCAA DIII national cross country championship to be November 12 at Finger Lakes CC in upstate New York.
