GCAA Baseball Showcase event to feature top in state talent

The Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association Baseball Sophomore Showcase and festivities will take place Friday September 27th . GCAA baseball teams will send their sophomore players to Kennesaw State University to participate. The format for the event will feature a pro-style workout prior to the game.

The top 100 sophomore players are slated to run the 60 yard dash for time, defensive work from their positions, hit batting practice, and throw bullpens before the game which is set to begin at 3PM. The pro-style workout is set to begin at 10:00 AM.
