ABAC hits five homeruns in 15-5 rout of Andrew College

The ABAC Stallions opened up GCAA action with a 15-5 win over Andrew College in Cuthbert.
Matthew Meeks earned the win on the mound, tossing 5.2 innings allowing 4 ER while not issuing a walk and striking out four Tigers. Sheridan Coy tossed 2.1 innings of scoreless relief.
The story however was the Stallions offense which collected 23 hits on the afternoon, 8 of which went for extra bases. Every starter notched at least one hit for ABAC. Blake Jackson led the offensive surge going 3 for 6 with 2 homeruns, 4 runs batted in, and three runs scored. Caleb Slaughter (4/5), Josh Jackson (3/6), and Hunter Bramlett (3/4) also added homeruns.
ABAC returns home for a single game Wednesday against Andrew College. First pitch is set for 6:30 PM.
